Rick Wilson
As an investment banker, commercial banker and public accountant, Rick Wilson has over thirty years of experience assisting clients in achieving their financial and strategic objectives.
Before joining Crutchfield Capital Corporation, Mr. Wilson served as Managing Director at GulfStar Group and De Bellas & Co. Mr. Wilson began his career as a CPA at Ernst & Young, and later served as Senior Vice President for First City National Bank. He has advised over 100 companies in seller representations, buyer engagements, and valuation and litigation assignments in both growth and distressed situations. His industry experience includes diverse sectors such as human capital and staffing services, energy services, real estate, financial services, and other business services.
Mr. Wilson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Science degree in Finance from Louisiana State University. He is licensed with FINRA as a General Securities Representative and General Securities Principal.
