Capital maintains a proprietary database of thousands of parties
who are known on a personal basis and have an active interest
in the acquisition of businesses or significant operating
assets. Historically, this database, used in conjunction with
selective industry sources, has proven to rapidly develop
buy-side interest on the behalf of sell-side client companies.
