Crutchfield Capital Corporation assists clients in arranging
equity financing with institutional funding sources. Such
institutions invest in a wide variety of companies and circumstances
including expansion financings, management buyouts, recapitalizations,
corporate acquisitions (pursuant to a specific opportunity
or a broader asset consolidation strategy), and in certain
cases, new (start-up) ventures. Investment interest in specific
instances will depend on a number of parameters including
size of transaction, stage of development, industry and market
fundamentals, proprietary technology, geographic location
and strength of the management team.
In terms of dollar amount, transaction sizes range widely
from $2 million for an early stage venture to mid-eight figures
for more substantive companies and/or financings associated
with change of control transactions.
We assist clients in all phases of the equity financing
process including preparation and presentation of a comprehensive
business plan and solicitation of specific institutions, such
solicitation based on our in-depth knowledge of the market
and an extensive base of relationships with hundreds of institutions
throughout the United States. Our ultimate objective on the
client's behalf is to procure and negotiate multiple financing
proposals, thus creating an efficient market and minimizing
shareholder dilution.
